On Me

I am an executive coach (PCC) working with founders, CEOs and tech leaders since 2018.

In my past career, I've spent 13+ years as a lead designer for San Francisco-based startups, consultancies and big tech companies in the US, Europe and Russia.

I love connecting with smart, ambitious people who are in a period of transition or consider a bold move.

On Coaching Style

My coaching style is integral*.* It includes cognitive, emotional, somatic and spiritual plains of being. I usually add data-driven and design-thinking approaches to the mix.

I do 1:1 exec coaching (80%), co-founder dynamics (10%), and team alignment (10%).

On Results and Referrals

Results for clients tend to come as transitions into new roles, more spacious states of being, and a sense of self-authoring.

More conventionally, they include meeting or exceeding performance goals, aligning with people and systems, and improving leadership strategies.

On Chemistry and 1:1 Coaching Process

  1. I ask clients to fill in a short coaching request form to see if there is a match. It is designed to outline their background, the area they are looking into, and solutions they tried so far.
  2. We schedule a 30-minute 1:1 chemistry call to explore further fit. It helps with establishing a trusting, productive and transformative experience. No fees here.
  3. Once we get past chemistry call, I design a coaching program. Most of my 1:1 programs range between 4 and 6 months, and cost anywhere between $5,000 and $10,000.
